When Alex showed me around to different apartments, I knew this is where I wanted to live. It gave off a very different vibe than most apartments or units. The industrial vibe is warm and welcoming, and I am glad to call this home now. I just moved in, and cannot wait to use the pool, gym, central area, and meet my neighbors. Alex and Brenda have both been great before and after my move with answering questions, and providing great information that I needed to know.

I have been very pleased with my apartment and in the overall atmosphere. The amenities are great have enjoyed the pool, grilled out a couple of times, and enjoyed the use of the gym. I love the feel of the apartment the overall place. There is a ton of space and the ceilings make the environment feel huge. I would highly recommend The Factory at Upper Spotsy.

Ashleigh is awesome!! I'll be moving in, in a few weeks. She has made my transition very smooth and seamless. Extremely grateful for the help she has provided. To all those who are thinking to move into this apartment complex, just take a tour and you'll decision will be easier than you think lol.
